Wine Dinner With Illahe Vineyards

Join us for an exclusive wine dinner with Illahe Vineyards on Thursday, March 13th! We will be tasting 4 hand crafted wines from their sustainably farmed Willamette Valley vineyard - Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Estate Pinot Noir, and Bon Sauvage Pinot Noir. Each wine will be paired with a wonderfully inventive small plate designed by our distinguished culinary team to highlight each wine's unique profile.
About the winemaker:
At Illahe, our goal is to make wine as naturally as possible from soil to bottle. We work by hand on small lots with age-old techniques and materials. Our focus is to grow and make quality pinot noir and white wines that express the vintage and their varietal characteristics. Some of our wines are made entirely by hand, with no electricity or modern mechanization. We use a gentle basket press and age our pinot noir in French oak.
