The Sly Fox Pub’s opening signifies a new beginning in Chef/Owner Mark Elliott’s career as he realizes his long time dream of capitalizing on the success of his opus, Elliott’s on Linden in Pinehurst. For the past year, Mark (who is originally from England) and his staff, have worked relentlessly to faithfully create the perfect public house for the masses in the Sandhills and beyond.
We are proud to pay homage to the gastropub movement, allowing our food to be informed by influences from other gastronomically significant regions of Europe, notably France and the Mediterranean. The kitchen at The Sly Fox is dedicated to combining innovation, technique, and respect for the classics to bring you an unsurpassed pub dining experience.
